Vanguard Tax and Consulting is a small business accounting company that specializes in business taxes and tax planning.    We are experienced in preparing business returns of all types including Sole Proprietorships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's, and more.   We also provide bookkeeping services at whatever level you need from simple annual review to full charge bookkeeping.

Vanguard Tax and Consulting is owned by Jeffrey Kaspar and was formed in 2015 by Jeff.   Jeff graduated  from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Accounting and minors in Physics and Mathematics.    He is a licensed IRS Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes since 2005 professionally.    He started at a mid-sized accounting firm in Carrollton, TX and within 6 months was promoted to Firm Manager.  He worked there for 5 years before moving to a large firm in McKinney, TX as Tax Manager supervising a team of CPA's and Enrolled Agents.   Jeff worked there for 6 years total before shifting to working his own firm full time in 2019.
